How do I know you received my order ?

Every order both for ready made candles and made to order candles, you will always first receive an order confirmation either via SMS or email (depending on what you picked). This response will confirm what you have ordered and the total price of your order along with confirmation on how to receive your candles.

How do custom orders work ?

Easy ! Simply contact us here by filling out this form with what you are after and we will help see what we can do and also provide an obligation free quote.


I have a special event, do you offer custom made candles that can be catered to my special event ?

Of course ! That's what custom made orders are made for, contact us here or email us at Contact@candlesforlilliana.com.au to discuss and we can see what we can do to suit your needs, which can include custom labels, custom jars and custom scents.


My candles were delivered but they turned up damaged, what do I do ?

While we do everything we can to ensure your candles arrive intact, deliveries and damages during this process is out of our control. If you have a damage during delivery please contact us here with the details.


What's your candles made from ?

All our candles are handmade and created from 100% Australian made fragrance oils and mixed together with a blend of soy and coconut wax.


I ordered made to order candles, how long till I can pick them up ?

The general wait time for made to order candles are 3-7 days, however with every order we will also provide a confirmation email or SMS which will also provide a pick up/ dispatch date.


How do I pay for my Candles I have ordered ?

Here at Candles for Lilliana we currently have 2 options, Cash on pickup or Bank transfer. While we currently only have these two options we are working hard to open a third option which is online payments through the order process.


I want a scent you stock but not found in your Ready made candles, what do I do ?

Fill out this form here, we will make your candle to order so you don't need to wait for it to come back in stock !


I'm looking for a scent you currently don't stock ?

We are always open to suggestions shoot us some ideas here and if we decide to make or test the scent you are after we will send you a free sample for giving us the idea !


How do I look after my candle ?

Here are our top tips to look after and make the most of your candles

  1. Your first burn is the most important

    • Ensure your first burn of the candle creates a full melt pool. This will assist in maximising the most out of your candle and also reduces the chances of tunneling.

  2. Always trim your wicks

    • Trimming your wicks assists in ensuring your candle burns evenly.

  3. Don't burn till empty

    • Never let all the wax in your candle burn empty, this creates a fire hazard. We always suggest leaving approx. 5-10mm in the jar.

  4. Always inspect your candle before burning

    • While here at Candles for Lilliana we only use vessels made for candles, you should still always check your candle before lighting, ensuring there are no cracking or defects that may have occurred during delivery or transport.

  5. Never leave unattended

    • We repeat... never leave unattended.

Here at Candles for Lilliana we love supporting businesses and organisations that support others. While we may do one off donations, we are also proud to pledge ongoing support to Bears of Hope Australia pregnancy and infant loss support. This is done by donating $5 for every extra large candle sold with Lilliana's scent "Lilliana's Little Whisper".
